Magalu Group competes with 12 brands for the Reclame Aqui 2024 award

Magalu competes with 12 brands for the Reclame Aqui 2024 award. The consumer voting phase has already begun and is the final stage of the awarding process. Only companies classified on the Reclame Aqui website with reputation levels participate in this phaseGoodExcellentorDAY 1000(maximum level of service provided by the website). The Reclame Aqui Award is now one of the main quality seals for customer service of companies operating in Brazil.

This year, 12 brands from the Magalu group are finalists for the award: aiqfome, Magalu Consortium, Época Cosméticos, Estante Virtual, KaBuM!, KaBuM! Smart, Luizacred, Magalu – E-commerce, Magalu – Physical Store, Magalu – Marketplace, Netshoes and Zattini. The Magalu group has participated in the Reclame Aqui award since its inception in 2011. In 2020, the company was recognized first in five categories: Retail Network, E-commerce in the large operations category, Credit Card, Consortia with Magalu Consortia, and Customer Dedication, the latter awarded to Luiza Helena Trajano, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Magazine Luiza. Currently, the Magalu website has the highest customer rating among the major retail marketplaces in Brazil, and the company is the only one with the RA 1000 Seal. It is also the one with the highest percentage of resolved complaints.
