Magalu competes with 12 brands for the Reclame Aqui 2024 award. The voting phase for consumers has already begun and it is the last stage of the award process. Only companies classified on the Reclame Aqui website with reputation levels participate in this phaseGood, ExcellentorDAY 1000(maximum level of service provided by the site). The Reclame Aqui Award is now one of the main quality seals for customer service of companies operating in Brazil
This year, 12 brands from the Magalu group are finalists for the award: aiqfome, Magalu Consortium, Época Cosmetics, Virtual Shelf, KaBuM!, KaBuM! Smart, Luizacred, Magalu – E-commerce, Magalu – Physical Store, Magalu – Marketplace, Netshoes and Zattini. The Magalu group has participated in the Reclame Aqui award since its inception, in 2011. In 2020, the company was recognized in first place in five categories: Retail Network, E-commerce in the category of large operations, Credit Card, Consortia, with the Magalu Consortium, and Dedication to the Customer, this last one granted to Luiza Helena Trajano, chairman of the Board of Directors of Magazine Luiza. Currently, the Magalu site has the best rating given by customers among the major marketplaces in Brazilian retail and the company is the only one with the RA 1000 Seal. It is also the one that presents the highest percentage of resolved complaints
