GFT Technologies, a global pioneer in digital transformation, has achieved its best ranking in theGreat Place to Work (GPTW), revealed on October 9th in São Paulo (SP). The 28th edition of the event listed the 175 best companies to work for in Brazil in 2024, divided into four categories.
GFT ranked 35th in the range of companies with 1,000 to 9,999 employees, with a total list of 85 organizations.
“GFT Brasil is a company that works on digital transformation, offering software to solve processes and innovate organizations. It is a leader in digital transformation in several countries. This is the 3rd award on the list,” says GPTW on its official page.
For GFT Technologies Brazil CEO Alessandro Buonopane, the recognition from GPTW reflects the work and dedication of each of the more than 3,000 professionals who make up the company in the country. For him, the fact that each employee sees themselves as a protagonist both in their individual and collective journey is essential for this recognition.
“Being among the best companies to work for in Brazil reaffirms our determination to value people, ensuring that every voice is heard and every talent is recognized. We are steadfast in our commitment to creating a space where everyone feels supported and challenged to achieve their best. Together, we are building incredible results for our clients and for society, in a climate of innovation, trust and mutual respect,” highlights Buonopane.
More than 5,000 companies registered for the 2024 edition of the award, of which 2,898 are eligible for the final listing. According to the organizers, GPTW has impacted the lives of over 3.2 million workers across the entire country.
GFT Standard
Just like in Brazil, GFT seeks to remain structured for maintaining efficient and humanized workflows across the 20 countries where it operates, despite the constant acceleration of digital transformation, with full and ongoing relationships between leaders and teams, without losing its DNA of leadership in solutions for employees and clients. And all of this takes shape through our values, the 5Cs:
• Caring – present in institutional actions such as respect in the daily lives of our employees;
• Committed – our commitment to delivering the best for the company and customers;
• Collaborative – we cannot do anything alone and we are constantly debating opinions for the best deliveries;
• Courageous – we support our employees to take risks and be courageous, both personally and professionally;
• Creative – is an essential part of GFT, as innovation solves many of our projects, which creates unique experiences.
For GFT, it is essential to maintain the commitment to embrace different realities and be as transparent as possible with employees, using the best human resources practices in order to promote internal and external improvements. Engagement within the company ensures that the organization maintains an authentic and deep commitment, which provides greater credibility with clients and partners.
GPTW 2024
The GTPW certification has existed since the 1990s and is present in over 150 countries worldwide, taking an average of one year to complete through the Trust Index workplace environment survey. The main focus is to support and certify organizations that promote the best work environments.
The companies that wish to participate register, and it is their employees (anonymously) who evaluate their work experiences through a 60-question survey that assesses five dimensions of people's experiences: Credibility, Respect, Impartiality, Pride, and Camaraderie. With the questions answered, a cultural audit gathers evaluations from both workers and their higher-level leaders.
All the answers are calculated through a system of algorithms that determine the position of each organization in the final ranking. The data science used in GPTW is audited by the institute's headquarters, located in San Francisco (USA), and subsequently by the international accounting firm Grant Thornton.
