Event discusses how integration between WhatsApp and CRM can transform conversations into sales.

On October 30th, Agendor, a company that creates an ecosystem of solutions for sales management and customer relationship management (CRM), will host the webinar "How to transform conversations into sales by integrating WhatsApp and CRM". With four presenters, the broadcast will discuss how to achieve commercial success through the messaging app, using a single workflow to gain visibility and accelerate negotiations.

The event comes after the market identified WhatsApp as the main channel for B2B sales in Brazil, but even today, most companies lose time, data, and opportunities because conversations become disorganized and scattered across salespeople's cell phones. Agendor identified this same challenge while supporting companies in their sales processes.

Among the topics that will be covered are the role of WhatsApp in consultative selling in Brazil, the main pain points for managers and salespeople in the "personal" use of the application, and how to transform conversations into reliable data in CRM.

Furthermore, the presenters will discuss the practical benefits of integrating WhatsApp and CRM for teams with more than three salespeople, including the impact on managers who need reports, predictability, and better decision-making. The discussion will also offer reflections on the future of consultative selling with WhatsApp, CRM, and Artificial Intelligence.

Notably, the program will also feature the launch of Agendor Chat, a communication solution from Agendor for consultative sales teams that sell via WhatsApp and need control, collaboration, and integration with their CRM. The tool makes customer service more fluid, connected, and scalable.

The webinar will be conducted by the Agendor team, including Tulio Monte Azul, co-founder and product leader at Agendor; Júlio Paulillo, revenue director and also co-founder of Agendor; Gustavo Gomes, consultative sales specialist and head of the company's sales area; and Gustavo Vinicius, sales executive and specialist in the B2B and B2C markets.

Registration is free and open to the general public. Those interested should register using a form on the Agendor website .
