Dynasty, Carol Paiffer's business accelerator, holds a hackathon focused on small and medium enterprises

The Dynasty, Carol Paiffer's business accelerator, holds the "Le Hackaton" – PMEs Dinastia Aceleradora” nos dias 12/7, online, e 13/7 e 14/7, in-person, focusing on small and medium enterprises. The technology marathon is held in person in the new building specially erected for the accelerator, in Jardim Europa, in São Paulo (SP)

The event takes place through Sabiá, recently incorporated by the Dynasty and led by Rafael Incao. Sabiá is a company specialized in data science, artificial intelligence and hackathons

During the "Le Hackaton", six technological solutions will be developed for SMEs, for different teams. The themes of the solutions will be revealed during the event. The jury is composed of Carol, Rafael and invited specialists

Those interested in participating in the hackathon can participate in the selection process throughonline registration. Besides the selected ones, developers and data professionals from the French technology school Le Wagon also participate, of which Rafael is a teacher

"Among the greatest passions I have are entrepreneurship and technology". Bringing together the Dinastia and Sabiá in promoting a hackathon aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises completely aligns with what I believe: that technology should be an ally not only for large companies, more than any business. Today, happily, the opportunities for technological evolution are increasingly available, "so no company can afford to do without using them", says Carol

"The hackathon is a way for us to show the relevance of SMEs in the national scenario", since the focus is on creating solutions for this audience, who wants to innovate but often does not know the way or does not have enough resources. The number of small and medium enterprises in Brazil is nearly 500 thousand, of a total of more than 6 million companies of all sizes. SMEs are the main driving force of the Brazilian economy, being the largest source of income and employment for the population. They are responsible for 72% of formal jobs and 33% of the national GDP. This information highlights the importance of increasingly seeking evolution for these companies, Rafael states

Carol Paiffer também é cofundadora e CEO da Atom S/A, trader table and platform focused on financial education and entrepreneurship. The businesswoman, that has been operating in the financial market since 2005, she is a bold investor on the Shark Tank Brazil program. As a businesswoman participating in the 2020 editions, 2021, 2022 and 2023, Carol has already invested in about 60 companies from various sectors

Rafael Incao has a degree in Mathematics from USP and is a Data Science professor at the French technology school Le Wagon.
