ClickBus, a solutions platform for travelers and bus companies in the road sector, was considered one of the most innovative and technological companies in the country, according to the Innovative Workplaces award from MIT Technology Review – an award that annually recognizes organizations that stand out for innovation, analyzing organizational culture and work methodologies.
This is the second consecutive year that ClickBus participates in the award. The company received the "Innovative Workplaces Brazil 2024" seal, reinforcing its commitment to technological development in its operations.

The project presented by the company to participate in the award was ClickOferta, an innovative product option that makes road sections available to consumers at reduced prices.
“ClickOferta is a unique service for travelers and bus companies. Through this initiative, we offer more attractive routes for travelers and meet the needs of our partners. A true innovation within the sector where we are able to change travelers’ purchasing habits,” concludes the executive.
This year, more than two thousand companies registered for the award. All participants went through stages where collaborators answered questions about Management, Marketing and Sales, Processes, Products and Services, Open Innovation, Diversity, and Data Decision-making.
To determine the winning companies of the Innovative Workplaces, MIT Technology Review Brazil evaluated criteria such as diversity, data-driven decision-making, and open innovation. Based on this evaluation, ClickBus was certified as one of the most innovative companies in Brazil, reinforcing its commitment to developing products and services that drive evolution in the road transportation sector, always focusing on technology and benefits for consumers.
