In 2019, the company shipped approximately 17,000 packages per month. This number reached 170,000 packages shipped monthly to a base of over 400,000 active customers.dōTERRA had room for improvement in its logistics operation in Brazil before implementing the Intelipost solution. The manual process of updating order statuses resulted in a high number of customer contacts seeking delivery information, impacting the customer service team.
