The service, in which products from partner retailers are stored in the company's distribution centers, will be operated by a joint Netshoes and Magalu structure, with Magalu handling all logistics management, from storage and packaging to product delivery throughout Brazil.
Among the main advantages for sellers are the storage of products in different distribution centers throughout Brazil – which leads to a significant reduction in delivery times and, in many cases, free shipping or a reduction in cost. For the customer, it will be easy to identify these products on the website or in the app with the “NetsGo” seal. This combination of factors increases sales conversion.
“The fulfillment service brings benefits to both the consumer and the seller, as it significantly improves the customer's shopping experience, reduces delivery times, enables free shipping, and simplifies the seller's operation since the final delivery is made through our optimized logistics network,” says Gonzalo Gálvez, marketplace director at Netshoes. “The service is capable of reducing delivery time by up to 75%, even for large products such as bicycles, for example.”
When sellers gain access to Netshoes' full structure and expertise for inventory management and order fulfillment, they can dedicate more time to focusing on sales strategy and customer relationships.
