A digital insurer 88i announced a partnership with Posta Já, a company specialized in managing freight transport and a leader in package deliveries across the country. The initiative will enable stores selling their products on e-commerce platforms and marketplaces to access 88i’s intelligent insurance within the company’s applications.
The partnership is based on a combination of technology and innovation, allowing Posta Já customers to have access to protection quickly and securely, within the environment they are already familiar with. Policy issuance and claims monitoring take place in the digital environment without the need for external actions.
One of the advantages of 88i’s solution is the control over activating and deactivating coverage, limiting charges to the period when the merchandise is being transported. Charges are processed within the client’s platform wallet, receiving data via API.
“The traditional model of inflexible insurance and coverage is unattractive to an online sales market and the current digital acceleration scenario. This collaboration will reduce bureaucracy, eliminate friction, and provide greater transparency to customers looking to protect the packages to be delivered,” highlights Rodrigo Ventura, founder and CEO of 88i.
For Posta Já, the partnership with 88i reinforces its positioning to value innovation and agility by offering solutions that meet customers’ needs more efficiently. “The partnership brings more security, agility, and confidence to the Brazilian e-commerce. This partnership elevates the value of our parcel delivery services to our customers,” says Henrique Pangracio, COO of Posta Já.
“The collaboration combines the expertise of companies to streamline claim management digitally, focusing on providing a better user experience with the shortest reimbursement time. The companies share a commitment to putting our customers at the center of decisions and adapting the business to their interests,” concludes Rodrigo Ventura.
