ClickBus, a platform for travelers and bus companies, was considered one of the most innovative and technological companies in the country, according to the MIT Technology Review’s Innovative Workplaces award – an award that recognizes organizations that stand out for innovation, analyzing organizational culture and work methodologies.
This is the second consecutive year that ClickBus has participated in the award. The company received the seal “Innovative Workplaces Brazil 2024,” reinforcing its commitment to technological development in its operations.
“ClickBus is recognized as the innovation benchmark in the Brazilian bus market. Our purpose is to use technology as one of the main differentials of the company, something that is in our DNA. Therefore, we are synonymous with excellence and the largest platform for travelers and bus companies,” says Phillip Klien, CEO of ClickBus.
The project presented by the company to participate in the award was ClickOferta, an innovative product option that offers reduced prices for bus routes to consumers.
“ClickOferta is a unique service for travelers and bus companies. Through this initiative, we offer more attractive routes for travelers and meet the needs of our partners. A true innovation within the sector where we can change the buying habits of travelers,” concludes the executive.
This year, more than two thousand companies were registered for the award. All participants went through stages where employees answered questions about Management, Marketing and Sales, Processes, Products and Services, Open Innovation, Diversity, and Data Decision-making.
To define the winning companies of the Innovative Workplaces, MIT Technology Review Brasil evaluated criteria such as diversity, data-driven decision-making, and open innovation. Based on this evaluation, ClickBus was certified as one of the most innovative companies in Brazil, reinforcing its commitment to develop products and services that drive evolution in the road transport mode, always focusing on technology and benefits for consumers.
