Organized by Traciona!, with the sponsorship of the Recife City Hall and the support of the Manguezal community, the Brazilian regional stage of the Startup World Cup 2025 Recife is now open for pre-registration until July 20th. Companies from different fields of activity can apply to represent the country in the Grand Final held in Silicon Valley from October 15th to 17th. At this event, one startup will receive a $1 million investment after evaluation by a panel of global investors.
Possible segments eligible to apply in the Recife stage are: Biotechs; Healthtechs; Agtechs; Cleantechs and Energytechs; Fintechs; Smart Cities and Govtech; and Deeptechs & other technologies. On July 25th, 8 participants from the regional phase will be announced to take part in the in-person event in Recife, scheduled for August 8th, during the MangueBit event. Of these, only one will be chosen to advance to the Global final.
