With over R$200 million invested in more than 1,500 startups, Bossa Invest solidifies itself as the main early-stage venture capital in Latin America — and now also advances in innovation on its investments, enabling those it maintains relationships with to follow Bossa’s investments, provided they have invested in the same opportunities. In another pioneering move in the venture capital ecosystem, the company has just launched its own artificial intelligence for consultation via WhatsApp, providing greater access and market information. Bossa AI allows those who co-invest in the same opportunities as the company to consult information about the equally invested startups, ask questions about them in real time, and eventually simulate returns, track results, and the status of companies — all quickly, clearly, and personalized.
The technology is in beta testing, but already provides answers based on Bossa’s entire history, including its investment theses, consolidated results, and investment history. If the AI does not resolve a request, the inquiry is redirected to a human contact, ensuring support with context and agility. “We are the first Brazilian VC to offer this type of technology, allowing partners who invest with us in startups to also have access to their information. We believe that smart money also involves how we communicate. Transparency and quick access to information are part of our commitment to educate with and for those who follow Bossa Invest’s theses,” says Paulo Tomazela, CEO of Bossa Invest.
The initiative stems from the mission to make the venture capital market more accessible, didactic, and efficient for investors of all profiles, especially those who are now entering this universe. With 10 years in the market, Bossa aims to expand its reach efficiently to startups and newcomers in this market. “This AI is more than just a tool: it is a reflection of how we envision the future of Bossa. We want a smarter, more agile, and more connected venture capital that is closer to people. Technology is here to enhance our impact and contribute to the market,” highlights João Kepler, co-founder of Bossa Invest.
The development of the AI was done in partnership with Infinity4, the new branch of the AI startup Selfless.Chat, specialized in custom solutions for companies. The tool continues to evolve based on interactions and feedback from users.
