Book brings ideas on how to generate new opportunities within and outside your company

Innovation means, in general, creating something new or improving something that already exists. When attempting to apply this concept in the business world, the result is not always immediate or necessarily positive. Thinking of these people, the expert in creating innovative ecosystems, Franklin Yamasake, wrote the book “Traciona! Engaging Ecosystems of Innovation”. It is a practical guide for those who want to transform work environments, cities, or organizations into true centers of collaborative innovation – the famous “win-win”.

The book blends theoretical concepts with case studies and real examples to show possible paths for expansion, whether for startups, governments, small, medium, and even large companies. With a clear and easy-to-understand language, “Traciona!” presents practical tools and reflections to help the reader identify, connect, and engage the various actors of an ecosystem, creating a more conducive environment for sustainable innovation.

“In 2018, I held events in the interior of São Paulo and saw that something was missing to spark innovation among residents. That’s why I immersed myself in a doctoral program for 4 years and visited various ecosystems to learn about the best researched practices in the world.” – Franklin Yamasake

The work presents practical tips, supported by scientific studies and real experiences, which can help stimulate innovation and collaboration both in companies and in urban environments. One of the highlights is the case study of Grape Valley, in Jundiaí (SP), which involved the participation of more than 100 people, each belonging to a field of knowledge, united in search of improvements and in creating connections for their areas of activity.

“Traciona!” works as an opportunity for professionals, public managers, entrepreneurs, and anyone interested in innovation to find practical ways to strengthen their ecosystems and promote more effective collaboration.

“The book invites everyone who wants to learn about innovation and participate in the active and collaborative creation of ecosystems” – Franklin Yamasake
