Bahia-based Logtech expands operations and invests in AI to make highways safer

Infleet, a Brazilian company providing technological solutions for fleet management, closed its 2024 balance sheet, which showed a 120% growth in the last year. For 2025, the goal is to intensify this expansion by investing in security. The company has been investing resources in artificial intelligence in its solution that reduces traffic accidents: the in-car camera that detects and analyzes drivers’ behavior.

Reaching the mark of R$ 18 million in fundraising rounds, the startup plans to expand its client portfolio – there are currently 700 clients throughout the country. Infleet’s fleet management solutions impact up to a 40% reduction in maintenance costs, promote 25% fuel consumption savings, and increase the productivity of the drivers by 20%.

The startup’s co-founders, Victor Cavalcanti and Vitor Reis (respectively, CEO and COO of the company), are all smiles when they review 2024 and project 2025. “It was a period of decisive achievements. In addition to fundraising, we were honored with the Black Founders Fund, featured in the 100 Startups to Watch, and in the GPTW,” says Cavalcanti.

The Black Founders Fund is a program by Google for Startups that invests in startups founded and led by Black entrepreneurs – like Vitor Reis. On the other hand, the 100 Startups to Watch is a survey by the magazine Pequenas Empresas & Grandes Negócios (PEGN), in partnership with EloGroup, Innovc, Valor Econômico, and Época Negócios, which highlights innovative companies. Being on this list is a spotlight for investors, entrepreneurs, and professionals. The GPTW (Great Place To Work) is a ranking by the organization of the same name that identifies the best companies to work for.

“Infleet has already raised R$ 18 million in venture capital. Now, in 2025, we are aiming for even faster growth,” Cavalcanti and Reis state.

Currently, Infleet’s solutions include telemetry, in-vehicle camera, real-time fleet monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance planning, digital checklist, and data analysis, providing a detailed view of vehicle performance, allowing identification of patterns and trends such as fuel consumption, maintenance, and activity time.

Another tool organizes the control of infractions committed by drivers, facilitating the registration, monitoring, and resolution of fines, which helps to avoid the accumulation of unpaid infractions and potential legal problems for the company.

For example, the in-vehicle camera features artificial intelligence resources. It consists of cameras installed in vehicles that analyze the driver’s behavior and driving. The devices have the ability to identify signs of fatigue, gestures indicating distraction or negligence, cell phone use, among other details that contribute to accidents and losses.
