Google Cloud Summit 2024: the AI journey to transform businesses

During the event, Gentrop took the main stage with Natura to launch the case involving the two companies, highlighting the reduction of 90% in rework after the adoption of Google Workspace.The partnership impacted more than 20 thousand employees in Latin America, promoting greater operational and collaborative efficiency.

Being one of the sponsors of the event, Gentrop also presented a lecture on the case of Banco Mercantil, which achieved an increase of 30% in the efficiency of internal processes and greater collaboration between teams distributed throughout Brazil. The adoption of collaborative tools contributed significantly to the cultural transformation of the company, aligning technology and organizational values.

Another important point was the emphasis on responsible AI, integrating AI in an ethical and transparent manner, minimizing bias and maximizing security.The Summit stressed the importance of designing technologies that consider the social impacts and privacy of users.

Google Workspace was also approached together with generative AI, such as Google Vids and Gemini 1.5 Pro tools, which allows you to generate content in a collaborative and automated way, saving time and maximizing the impact of activities.
