Aposta Ganha partners with Serasa Experian to strengthen security in the registration process on the platform

With a focus on security, innovation, and user experience, Aposta Ganha integrates the Valida Bets solution from Serasa Experian into its identity verification process (KYC). The novelty speeds up the flow in the registration stage, enhances fraud prevention, and improves the conversion of new users on the platform.

The partnership brought significant advances to the entry flow. With the document reuse functionality, more than 90% of validations are now completed in less than 30 seconds, eliminating the need to send or photograph documents in many cases.

The integration with Serasa Experian’s database also contributed to a smoother and more accurate process, resulting in a 5% increase in registration approval rate. In addition to speed, the system offers a robust security infrastructure, with facial biometrics, proof of life (liveness), automated document analysis, and verification of restrictive lists, meeting the regulatory requirements of the Secretariat for Prizes and Bets (SPA), both at the time of registration and withdrawal.

“The pursuit of efficiency and security in integrating new users is ongoing. With Serasa Experian, we were able to combine speed, accuracy, and regulatory compliance in a single solution. This advancement reflects our commitment to providing a simple journey for the user and a robust one for the business,” highlights Danley Silva, Product Lead at Aposta Ganha.

The implementation of the solution was conducted collaboratively between the teams of Aposta Ganha and Serasa Experian, with close and integrated action. The partnership continues to evolve, with new features planned for the coming months, reinforcing the mutual commitment to innovation and operational excellence in the iGaming sector.

“We brought all our expertise in fraud prevention to this partnership with Aposta Ganha to ensure that bets are conducted in an ethical, simple, and safe manner for the bettor, protecting them against identity scams and helping Aposta Ganha comply with regulatory standards,” explains Pedro Moreno, executive manager of Fraud Prevention at Serasa Experian.
