Amazon invests in optimizing logistics for partner sellers, expanding the network of shipping points throughout Brazil

Amazon Brazil announces the integration of the ‘Shipping Points’ network, an option within the Delivery by Amazon (DBA) program, allowing partner sellers to leave their packages at designated locations for later shipment to customers through its own logistics program, integrating the fleet of local and regional transport partners. The operation will reach over 800 points by the end of the year.

The expansion of the logistics network is part of Amazon Brazil’s acceleration plan for 2025 and reinforces its commitment to the experience of our partners and customers. The commercial establishments hosting these delivery points benefit from the operation, while partner sellers gain an efficient solution, leveraging Amazon’s logistic structure in locations close to their businesses.

“With the ‘Shipping Points’ operation integrated directly into our logistics network, we are taking a significant step towards further democratizing access to our technology and fast delivery services. Our goal is to simplify the lives of our partner sellers, offering a shipping solution that fits seamlessly into their routines, eliminating barriers and optimizing time so they can focus on growing their businesses. For our customers throughout Brazil, this operation translates into faster deliveries,” says Marcio Neves, Transportation Director at Amazon in Brazil. “This innovative solution is the result of an integrated effort, locally developed through collaboration between Product, Operations, and Technology teams in Brazil.”

In Brazil, Amazon’s Marketplace service already has over 100,000 partner sellers, of which 99% are SMEs. Currently, delivery coverage reaches 100% of Brazilian municipalities, and digitalization has been crucial to break geographical barriers, with 78% of sales occurring outside the sellers’ home states.

To use the shipping option, partner sellers need to be part of the DBA program – Delivery by Amazon. Once in the program, sellers can identify the most convenient shipping points using the page Link. The page also has a registration link for commercial establishments interested in joining the network.

Amazon continues to invest in logistic and technological solutions that benefit both its customers and partner sellers, reinforcing its commitment to innovation and operational excellence in Brazil.
