Amazon Brazil announces expansion of FBA program operation – Amazon Logistics in its Distribution Centers and reduces logistics fees for partner sellers across the country

Publicado em

Amazon Brazil announces today a large expansion plan of its operations in the country: by the end of 2025, the Amazon FBA – Amazon Logistics program will also be present in Amazon distribution centers in Minas Gerais, Distrito Federal, Rio de Janeiro, Pernambuco, and Ceará. As a result, partner sellers from the respective states, participants of the Regular Tax Regime or Simples Nacional, will be able to send their products directly to these centers and have their logistics fully operated by the company. The distribution center in Nova Santa Rita (RS), which has been operating the logistic program since 2024, starting in August this year, will also serve sellers from the states of Santa Catarina and Paraná.

With a strong focus on growth in 2025, the company also announced that, in line with the commitment to drive the success of entrepreneurs, it will reduce the fees of all its logistics programs in the country, including FBA, starting from August 1st, 2025.

The initiative’s main objective is to reduce operational costs for partner sellers, attract new entrepreneurs to e-commerce, and consequently enhance the shopping experience for customers, expanding the product selection and offering even more affordable prices for Brazilians. In 2025, to increase delivery agility throughout Brazil, Amazon will continue to continuously expand its logistic infrastructure, already covering 100% of the country’s municipalities. This expansion represents a significant increase in service capacity in strategic locations, driven by the opening of new logistic hubs and the increase in transportation capacity, including through air partnerships.

“Our rate reductions are a direct reflection of the continuous investment we are making in improving the experience of our selling partners and customers. This measure reinforces the company’s commitment to supporting the growth of its over 100,000 selling partners, 99% of which are Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs),” says Julia Salles, director of the FBA – Logistics program at Amazon in Brazil. Since the launch of our retail operations in 2019, Amazon Brazil has grown exponentially. In 2025, it will be no different: we have a very ambitious plan focused on our customers. We will expand our product selection and offer increasingly fast and reliable delivery options throughout the country,” she concludes.

Launched in 2020, Amazon’s FBA Logistics program allows sellers to send their products to Amazon, which manages the entire logistic process, including storage, delivery, and post-sale customer service. Products sent through FBA are eligible for free and fast shipping with Amazon Prime throughout Brazil, boosting sales and visibility among Prime members. As an additional benefit, companies participating in the program with active offers will have the opportunity to take part in one of Amazon’s biggest shopping events of the year, exclusively for members: Prime Day 2025, taking place in Brazil on July 15 and 16.

For FBA – Amazon Logistics, there will be a reduction of up to 89% in logistics fees for products priced under R$ 79.00, with the implementation of a fixed fee between R$ 5.95 and R$ 6.35 per unit, regardless of its size or weight, according to the product’s price range. This is a special offer valid until January 31, 2026.

Additionally, products priced between R$ 79.00 and R$ 100.00 will have their fees reduced by up to 39%. For items between R$ 100.00 and R$ 120.00, the decrease will be up to 30%. Products between R$ 120.00 and R$ 150.00 will have a reduction of up to 20%, and for those between R$ 150.00 and R$ 200.00, the drop will reach up to 12%.

For FBA Onsite, fees for products priced between R$ 79.00 and R$ 100.00 will be reduced by up to 40%. For the range from R$ 100.00 to R$ 120.00, the decrease will be up to 30%. Products between R$ 120.00 and R$ 150.00 will have a reduction of up to 24%, and those between R$ 150.00 and R$ 200.00, a decrease of up to 12%.

Finally, DBA – Delivery by Amazon will have lower fees of up to 66% for products priced between R$ 79.00 and R$ 100.00. Items between R$ 100.00 and R$ 120.00 will have a reduction of up to 60%. For products between R$ 120.00 and R$ 150.00, the decrease will be up to 55%, and for those between R$ 150.00 and R$ 200.00, the drop will reach up to 49%.

Sellers interested can, starting from June 24, 2025, participate in the Rewards Campaign to have early access to reduced fees. In addition to optimizing costs, Amazon offers full support to its partner sellers, through training, business tools, and logistics solutions such as FBA.
