ADSPLAY hires for Finance and Marketing departments

ADSPLAY, media hub that offers top-to-bottom funnel solutions, hired João Cirino to be its Finance Director. The company also brought in Mikaelly Lira, through the Young Apprentice program, to work in the Marketing Department.

Graduated in Business Administration and Accounting Sciences and holding an MBA in Economics and Finance from FGV, Cirino was CFO at Arrow Electronics and OMRON Electronics, with experience at GM, Nestlé, and Publicis. In these companies, he served clients like HO, Nestlé, GM, Mercedes Benz, and Hospital Sírio Libanês. The professional was responsible for forming GM’s CSC (Shared Services Center) for all Latin America at the headquarters in São Caetano do Sul (SP), implementing SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing) for all Nestlé plants as a key user, and participated in the M&A of Nidec with OMRON.

“I’m very excited. I’ve come to implement all controllership and governance, which is a huge challenge because it involves all processes in the finance area and other areas as well. Certainly, good results will come in the future,” he says.

Mikaelly is in high school and has expectations of growth with ADSPLAY. “Since I discovered ADSPLAY, I saw a great opportunity for professional and personal growth in it. I am motivated and eager to learn, contribute, and evolve with the team. I believe in the company’s potential and the impact of the innovative ideas we are building. My goal is to grow with the company, being part of every achievement, and joining forces to achieve even greater results,” she states.
