GetNinjas finalizes organizational restructuring and reinforces commitment to its customers and professionals 

Reag Investimentos S.A. informs that, in 2024, it carried out a corporate reorganization, in which the operation, employees, platform, customers and suppliers were transferred to Getninjas Ltda, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reag Investimentos S.A., with the objective of operating more efficiently. The transition had no impact on the services provided to the platform's customers and professionals and the company remains focused on its mission of delivering a qualified and safe service offer to customers.

As part of this reorganization process, the corporate name of Getninjas S/A was changed to Reag Investimentos S.A. on December 30, 2024, and since January 10, 2025, this change was reflected in the ticker and the company's name on B3, with the common shares being negotiated in the Novo Mercado under the ticker “REAG3” and the name of the “REGINVEST” bid.

Getninjas Ltda reinforces that none of these changes affect the operation of the platform or the services provided for 13 years, connecting customers and professionals in an agile and efficient way.
