The multinational technology company Senior Sistemas announces the launch of podcast “It’s more than tech”, which features experts from giants such as Disney, NASA, Heineken, AWS, and Oracle. The insightful conversations cover topics such as leadership, business, technology, and innovation applied to the market. The initiative comes at a time when audio content consumption is on the rise, reflecting a transformation in the way executives and business managers seek reliable information to define strategies and make decisions.
According to the "Inside Audio 2024" study by Kantar IBOPE Media, nine out of ten Brazilians consume some form of audio in their daily lives. Radio, for example, reaches 79% of the population for at least three hours and 55 minutes daily. In this scenario, podcasts continue to gain ground, with 43% of radio listeners indicating that they also listened podcasts, with 48% consuming this format weekly. On Spotify alone, the channel where the podcast will be published, the platform has over 640 million monthly active users worldwide.
José Krasucki, Senior's Corporate Marketing Head, emphasizes that the company's new podcast was designed to prioritize editorial content that seamlessly integrates into the journeys of professionals and C-level executives from various sectors. The focus is on sharing unbiased, high-quality insights, fostering the growth of leaders and companies.

First episodes discuss Innovation and Generative AI
The program will explore a variety of topics across the business world, including digital transformation, people management, finance, ESG, diversity and inclusion, and new technologies.
Hosted by journalist Rodrigo Sigmura, the debut episode of "It's More Than Tech," now available, explores the practical application of Generative AI. Considered one of the most disruptive technologies today, it was the focus of a discussion between experts from two of the world's largest cloud computing players: AWS and Oracle.
With the participation of Senior Sistemas CTO, Evandro Pires; Latam Solution Advisor at Oracle, Alaydes Morais; and head AWS genAI Latin America, Ricardo Alem, the debate brings actionable insights, about how large corporations are using this technology to shape the future of business.
"In this first episode, listeners will learn how generative AI is already being used at different levels and its impact on organizational strategies.
