LATAM Cargo Brasil, a cargo unit of LATAM Airlines Group, announces an important reinforcement in its domestic operation for the period of greatest retail demand, driven by Black Friday and Natal. The company expanded its domestic operation in November by more than 2.4 thousand frequencies compared to the same period of 2024. The advance represents a growth of 12.3% in transportation capacity, which is equivalent to approximately 3.8 million additional kilograms.
The expansion involves the creation of new routes, increased frequencies, reinforcement of teams and growth of the fleet dedicated to home deliveries, consolidating LATAM Cargo as one of the main logistics operators of Brazilian e-commerce.

MORE CAPACITY, AGILITY AND STRENGTHENED TEAMS
To sustain the increase in supply, LATAM Cargo has strengthened its teams with more than 100 new professionals, in addition to having the support of outsourced teams and regional relocations.
The company also expanded its fleet dedicated to home delivery service, with 25% of growth in its fleet and more than 70 new Brazilian cities served IO that together total 9 million inhabitants.
These initiatives strengthen LATAM Cargo's commitment to the agility and quality of deliveries, especially in the peak period of e-retail.
INVESTMENT IN TECHNOLOGY DRIVES ADVANCE OF E-COMMERCE IN BRAZIL
Reinforcing its position as a logistics partner for digital retail, LATAM Cargo recently installed a automated sorting system (volume sorter) at its main hub, at Guarulhos International Airport.
The equipment 72 thousand packages per day is the first of the entire LATAM & DE holding company, with automatic code reading, laser measurement and full integration into the company's operating systems.
The investment is part of a plan of R$ 10 million applied in the last three years to expand and modernize the company's domestic cargo operations in Guarulhos & IS LATAM's main logistics hub in Brazil.
Among the initiatives in this period, we highlight:
- Capacity 50% magnification from its hub in Guarulhos, which now has more than 2.9 thousand m² dedicated to e-commerce;
- New domestic portfolio, including the eeasy Service, aimed at fast deliveries of small packages in thousands of cities;
- Strategic partnership with Amazon, serving 19 states in the North, Northeast, South, Midwest and Federal District regions;
- Mesh expansion integration between cargo and passenger aircraft.
As a result, 70% of orders originating at Congonhas and Guarulhos airports reached end customers within 48 hours in the first half of 2025 - more than double the performance of 2024.
The operational breakthrough is also reflected in customer satisfaction: the LATAM Cargo NPS (Net Promoter Score) index grew by 25 percentage points in the first half of 2025, driven by improvements in service, tracking and meeting deadlines.
CONSOLIDATED LEADERSHIP IN BRAZIL AND ABROAD
Since April 2025, LATAM Cargo has been a leader in the transport of domestic cargo embarked on passenger flights in Brazil. According to data from the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) for September 2025, the company accounts for 39% of market share*.
Its national logistics network covers 51 operational bases, including routes with cargo aircraft such as Guarulhos and Viracopos MANaus.
In the international market, LATAM Cargo is also a leader, connecting Brazil to 23 destinations abroad with cargo and passenger flights. LATAM Cargo Group was elected “Load Cargo Company of the Year 2025” by Air Cargo News magazine, becoming the only South American winner in the award.The recognition reinforces the group's global leadership, driven by fleet investments 20 Boeing 767 freighters, representing an increase of 70% in capacity since 2019 2019, modernization of strategic hubs and strengthening of connections between South America, North America and Europe.
