The result was primarily driven by digital retail, which saw an increase of 121%, while physical commerce grew by 91%.
In the segment breakdown, Unclassified Durable Goods led overall growth, with an increase of 25,52% in revenue, demonstrating greater consumer appetite for higher value-added products. Another highlight was the footwear sector, which recorded a growth of 7,58% during the period. In online retail, the Family Clothing Sales category also showed positive performance, with an increase of 11,12%, reinforcing the importance of clothing in e-commerce.
"The analysis of the data from Customer Week shows that promotional initiatives, combined with the expansion of digital channels, contributed to the increase in sales during the period. The performance observed across different segments and channels reinforces the importance of integrated strategies to meet the new consumption dynamics," states Rodrigo Carvalho, Superintendent of Analytics at Getnet.
