They started with software for clothing stores in a provincial town and now serve over 70 countries

Almost 50 years ago, more precisely in the late 1970s, the garment industry began to develop in Cianorte, in the north of Paraná. The movement intensified to the point that the municipality and 13 others in that region characterized themselves, by the early 2000s, as a cluster – or a local productive arrangement (LPA) – specialized in fashion.

In addition to garment manufacturing, other logistics and support activities also developed, forming this cluster or LPA. Among them, the information technology sector. It is in this context that the present-day Irrah Tech was born in 2004.

From being a supplier of tools initially focused on that productive chain, the company expanded, became an innovation ecosystem, and today offers digital solutions for companies across various economic sectors. From all over Brazil, and even from abroad. Solutions that include, among others, artificial intelligence.

The Irrah Tech ecosystem consists of five solutions, which are the business pillars. They are: GPT Maker artificial intelligence, launched in 2024; Kigi, an ERP software; Plug Chat, a technology for integrating multiple WhatsApp numbers into a single contact point; Dispara Aí, for WhatsApp automation; and E Vendi, which is an e-commerce platform. Another brand, Z-api, was also developed by the company and is currently under the control of a North American holding company.

The precursor to Irrah Tech is César Baleco, who in 2004 founded Grands Sistemas, primarily to serve the productive arrangement in Cianorte. One year later, Miriã Plens and Diego Berteli became partners. In a phase of rapid expansion and breaking geographical boundaries, the group welcomed Mateus Miranda and Felipe Sabadini as partners in 2018.

The name Irrah was incorporated. "It is a word that translates that shout of happiness we let out, which springs from the heart, when we achieve something or are surprised by an innovation, something special. It is this cry that expresses the impact our ecosystem seeks to generate," explain César Baleco and Miriã Plens.

Last year, consolidating the company's rebranding, the word Tech was added to the name Irrah. Furthermore, the organization established itself no longer as an umbrella grouping brands and their respective tools, but rather as a true innovation ecosystem – in which solutions for specific functionalities interrelate.

"We continue to look at each of the products, however, as members of an ecosystem. A client using a specific tool begins to identify Irrah Tech not only as the supplier of that functionality but as a provider of digital solutions that boost the business as a whole – sales, communication, management – all available in our suite of products and services," the partners elaborate.

In addition to rebranding and the development and refinement of technologies, investment in people management is also a priority. According to César and Miriã, the differentiators that the Irrah Tech ecosystem brings to the market are the fruits of a qualified and motivated team. Recently, the company hosted a talk between people management expert Luciana Orso and the company's leaders.

"The conversation covered points such as performance evaluation, individual development plans, and the role of leadership in driving the growth of each professional," describe the executives. "Because, before any code, any process, any delivery, any algorithm, we are people," they emphasize.
