These are phrases that activate memories and feelings and facilitate the purchase decision.

The consumer likes to know that there is someone real there.“Authenticity is the new aesthetic. Who works at home has a giant differential and needs to explore more, which is the production with affection. Show this part whenever possible”, explains Giovanni.
