mLabs announces new tool focused on data analysis and performance in social media

mLabs it has just officially launched mLabs Analytics, its reporting tool and marketing dashboards that combines automation, personalization and data analysis with artificial intelligence.Totally redesigned, the tool replaces the old DashGoo mLabs and arrives to meet the growing demand of agencies and marketers for more strategic and integrated solutions in the analysis of social media and paid media data.

This movement follows a global trend: according to the World Economic Forum report on the Future of Employment, AI and Big Data are pointed out as the fastest growing skills by 2030 and, according to Kantar, data analysis and interpretation are among the most important skills of the media ecosystem. Digital transformation has driven profound changes in business models and 77% of employers already plan to invest in training to prepare their teams. The expectation is a significant increase in demand for professionals with mastery in artificial intelligence and data analysis.

However, transforming data into concrete actions is still a challenge: the Forum report itself points out that 63% of employers see the skills gap as the main obstacle to business evolution. It is in this scenario that mLabs Analytics stands out, by offering an intuitive and robust solution that facilitates analytical work by centralizing the data of the main marketing channels in a single tool. The platform allows the creation of reports and custom dashboards (from scratch or from templates & advanced visual features such as comparative charts, funnel analysis, data crossing between paid media and performance, as well as interpretation of personalized data & more accessible AI, making it more accessible.

The system also offers a unique differential in the market: the competitor analysis function on Instagram, which allows you to compare the performance of competitor profiles. For operations with multiple accounts of the same brand, such as franchises or brands with multiple units, it is possible to generate group reports that allow a clear view of the overall results of the brand.

“Our role goes beyond helping to organize data visually and automate the sending of them. The proposal is to transform mLabs into a true ally in strategic decision making, based on the intelligence that only data can give us”, says Rafael Kiso, CMO and founder of the company. According to him, the new product is aimed at those who want to adopt a more analytical and strategic approach in social media, in a personalized and scalable way.

Personalization extends to all levels of the experience: you can define the layout with logo and color palette of the agency and client, insert text comments in reports, import data from external spreadsheets and schedule the automatic sending of reports by email or via link, by WhatsApp. Users and reports are unlimited, and the platform can be tested for free for 14 days with full access to all features.

MLabs analytics is integrated into the mLabs Platform and all Full Plan subscribers have full access to the new tool. Resources can also be contracted and used individually, through the award's.
