In the October edition of side i, podcast of entrepreneurship, innovation and business, Karina Rehavia, CEO of Ollus izo, who works in the curation and talent hiring market, addressed the current scenario of the on-demand hiring model: called Open Talent.
Recently, Ollo released an unprecedented report on the Open Talent economy, including an exclusive survey in partnership with Orbit Data Science in which more than 11 thousand comments were collected, obtained from statements made on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X (formerly Twitter), by people who have issued opinions about working as a freelancer.
Among the data collected, the report points out that the sector should grow 11,7% a year until 2032 in the world, reaching the level of US$ 1.1 billion, being that in Brazil, it is estimated about 1.5 Million people acting in some way in this segment.
During the conversation, which brings important observations about the future of work, led by presenters Alexandre Waclawovsky and Eduardo Bendzius, the advances, perspectives and challenges of this market in Brazil are raised.
