Mais1.Cafe franchise is among the 50 largest in the country, according to the Brazilian Franchising Association (ABF), with 600 units in 25 states and 220 cities. The business model has increasingly attracted the interest of entrepreneurs who, when leaving for the opening of a store, are faced with a challenge: the works to transform a physical space, such as a store or a commercial point, according to the standards established by the franchise.
At this stage, technology has given a lot of help. Mais1.Cafe is a partner of Zinz, a paranaense platform that connects franchisees to contractors and similar service providers. The entrepreneur enters the Zinz website, requests a budget with the sending of the architectural project of the franchise. The platform performs a reference budget, which, approved by the franchisee, is launched so that the service providers give their quotation and conditions. The choice of the best option is up to the customer.
For the businessman Henrique Marcondes Muniz, the indication of Zinz untyed a knot. “Nunca had done a work of this size, which would require so many professionals 5 bricklayer, electrician, hydraulic, joinery, carpentry. It is not something I understand, did not know who to hire. Mais1.Cafe indicated Zinz, I contacted, and the platform facilitated the entire” process, narrates the entrepreneur.
Muniz opened its unit More1.Coffee in the neighborhood of Moema, in Sao Paulo. The store, 56 square meters, was opened on July 19. There were just over 30 days of construction work. In addition to assisting in the quotation and hiring of the contractor 56 made sure that the entrepreneur was a company that took care of all stages, from the project to visual identity, through civil works called attention the service provided by the platform team. “There was a contact asking if everything was being fulfilled”, recalls.
Another franchisee of Mais1.Cafe, Marcio Cardoso and Carolina Tavares Cardoso, also chose to join the Zinz intermediation to carry out the works of transformation of the property into a unit of the cafeteria. The store of Marcio and Carolina, 63 square meters, is in the neighborhood of Ipiranga in Sao Paulo.
The intermediation meant, among other advantages, time savings. After all, it exempted the entrepreneurs from making contacts, quotes and negotiations themselves. The execution of the services was also agile.“A store was inaugurated on July 5 and the work was completed within the negotiated deadline. The delivery met the expectations”, says businessman Marcio Cardoso, who emphasized the service of the Zinz team, “always very objective and efficient”.
