Factorial, a unicorn startup specialized in HR and DP process management and centralization software, today announced the appointment of Antonia Tourinho as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in Brazil.
With a background in Economic Sciences and 12 years of experience in Strategy, Business Development and Digital Products, Tourinho brings a vast experience to Factorial.His career includes stints at companies such as Elogroup, Televets, Santander and Agrotools.
“My expectation is to be able to bring this diverse baggage to boost Factorial's sustainable growth in Brazil,” stated Tourinho.“I want to boost Factorial even more in its positioning as a complete and indispensable solution for SMEs in the country.”
Factorial, founded in 2016, has already raised more than 210 million dollars and is considered the 17th fastest growing startup in Europe. The company began its expansion to the Americas in 2022 and began to locate its growth strategy in Brazil in 2024.
As part of its mission, Tourinho will seek to align revenue operations in the Brazilian market with the company's global guidelines.“Our goal is to expand 2.7 times in Brazil by the end of 2025,”, and the strategy includes maximizing the value of the current customer base and expanding indirect sales channels through strategic partnerships with major national distributors and brands such as iFood Benefits, Wellhub (formerly Gympass), BHub and Vivo Piwi.
The appointment of Tourinho marks an important step in Factorial's growth strategy in Brazil, reinforcing the company's commitment to become a driving force for the growth of SMEs in the country.
