Freshworks brings together partners and customers from Latin America at an event in Sao Paulo

freshworkS, specialized in AI-driven business software, held Refresh this Wednesday (4th) in São Paulo, one of its main annual events around the world. With the presence of more than 350 customers and strategic partners of Freshworks, the event was an opportunity to discuss the impact and future of AI on the customer and employee experience. 

The event was divided into two parts. In the morning, Luciano Ramos, Country Manager at IDC Brasil, addressed in its panel “State of Industry: How Generative AI is transforming customer service and support” the transformations and trends of artificial intelligence in the customer service market. Then, Freshworks software engineers Matheus Benneti and Paya Patel demonstrated live the Freddy's AI solution, the company's AI solution, in the panel “Transforming Customer and Employee Experience with Freddy”.

In the customer panel, IT executives and CXs from Piracanjuba (Fabio França), Infracommerce (Maria Píris), Copel (Fabiano Zenello) and Klap (Victor Peña) revealed how the adoption of Freshworks management solutions increased the efficiency of their business. Then, Freshworks celebrated some successful implementation cases, rewarding companies such as Cinépolis, Copastur, Piracanjuba and Infracommerce for the results achieved.

In the second part of the event, Marcio Rodrigues, Head of Alliances and Strategic Partnerships of Freshworks in Latin America, led a panel focused for partners, such as A5 Solutions and Notrez, and addressed some of the plans to strengthen this support network in Latin America.

According to Willian Pimentel, general director of Freshworks in Latin America, the event was a great success and the expectation is that it will grow every year. “It is very important for our business to be close to our customers and partners, and Refresh is the perfect opportunity to strengthen our relationship with them. We are very happy with the result, more than we have doubled the number of gifts from last year to now. This shows that we are on the right path”, evaluated William.
