Adilson Batista, an expert in artificial intelligence and business consulting, launches an innovative service that promises to transform the way organizations access specialized knowledge. With more than 14 years of experience as an entrepreneur and consultant for major brands, he has developed a solution that replicates his own practices through a platform that offers support via WhatsApp.
Being one of the pioneers in the implementation of the internet in Brazil, with extensive experience in projects for renowned brands, he has held leadership positions in large advertising agencies and has had his own agency for more than a decade. At the age of 48, Batista continues to innovate in the field of technology and business consulting, now exploring artificial intelligence.
The new service is a response to the time limitation that he and other professionals in this field face when trying to serve multiple clients. “I have always been a business consultant, but the time available is usually a limiting factor. The idea of me (CLonar’ and being able to serve more partners without compromising the quality of service, was in my mind. With the advent of generative artificial intelligence, the opportunity arose to create a solution that allows companies to access my knowledge and my recommendations in a scalable manner”, he points.
The platform uses an AI“agent” that allows customers to interact with a digital avatar of the entrepreneur, whether by text, audio or video.“The customer can simply send a message or audio describing a situation, and my AI responds with accurate recommendations, as if I were there in person. We are in an experimental phase, testing with about 60 users to collect feedback and improve the” service.
The main target audience of this innovation are marketing departments, startups and entrepreneurs who seek advice available 24 hours a day.“We want to help those who need it most, without going through bureaucratic processes or entering complex tools. Access is direct through WhatsApp, with a world of” services, explains Adilson.
The tool is offered free of charge to early adopters, who have the opportunity to experiment and provide feedback. “We are constantly improving AI functionalities, ensuring it can solve a wide range of issues and provide valuable support for” companies.
