Suzano's SupriJa platform arrives in the state capital to strengthen the trade in office supplies

A Suzane, the world's largest pulp producer and global reference in the manufacture of bioproducts developed from eucalyptus, has just expanded the presence of the SupriJa platform to the city of Sao Paulo. The online solution, which already operates in seven other cities, was created to connect small and medium-sized merchants to potential customers in the office supplies segment, strengthening local businesses and offering a new digital sales channel for specialized partners.

In the state capital, SupriJa has 18 registered partners focused on serving consumers in a more digital and personalized way. On the platform, customers make up to three simultaneous material quotes, receive their products quickly, find various forms of payment (such as pix and credit card) and a comprehensive portfolio of items, which include Suzano products, such as Report paper, and other office materials, such as notebooks, folders, printing products such as cartridges, toners, cleaning products, among others. Partners are responsible for inventory management, product offering and delivery of materials to customers, with the support of the platform for this management.

The SupriJa is in operation since the beginning of 2024 in municipalities in the state of Sao Paulo and already has more than 50 medium and small registered partners.“This solution was created to keep Suzano dealers increasingly competitive and improve the buying journey of consumers”, says Francisco Zambon, Marketplace Manager at Suzano.“Chear to the state capital, one of the largest markets in the country, is preparing an important milestone for the SupplyJa, because it reinforces our commitment to support companies that in many cases, act in the segment of office materials and are still more references in the market place of being in Sao Paulo. 

The choice of platform performance considers the volume of specialized merchants in office supplies in the respective locations, the logistics and distribution facility, as well as the consolidated customer base of Suzano papermakers in these regions.
