Ucwaningo lwe-Microsoft lubonisa ukuthi u-75% wama-SME e-Brazil anethemba ngomthelela wobuhlakani bokwenziwa emabhizinisini abo.

Ubuchwepheshe be-Generative AI, obukwazi ukukhiqiza okuqukethwe kanye nokucubungula imiqulu emikhulu yedatha, buye bathola izinhlelo zokusebenza ezithile ngaphakathi kwama-SME. Ucwaningo lubonise ukuthi ukonga isikhathi kuyinzuzo enkulu ye-Generative AI, eshiwo cishe uhhafu (53%) wama-SME. Izinkampani zithola izinzuzo zokusebenza kahle nokukhiqiza (47%), ulwazi lwamakhasimende oluthuthukisiwe (44%), kanye namaphutha abantu ancishisiwe (38%).

Ama-SME abalula ubunzima bokuthola abasebenzi abaqeqeshiwe futhi aqeqeshe ochwepheshe bawo njengezinselele ekusebenziseni i-AI emabhizinisini abo. Ngokwalolu cwaningo u-28% wama-SME agqamisa izinkinga ngokuqashwa kwamathalente akhethekile. I-Cybersecurity
