The desire to undertake has always been present in Thiago Pirinelli, who started his professional life at the age of 11, handing out flyers on the streets of São Bernardo do Campo, in the interior of São Paulo. In the following years, he dedicated himself to the trade of locksmith, a profession he maintained to pay for his studies in the field of information technology. At 18, he left his job as a teacher and opened his first company. “I started in the field of digital communication and brands, with the company V-Control. My experiences strengthened me and guided my steps in opening my own company,” Pirinelli says.
The encounter with partner Percival Oliveira, a professional with over 25 years of experience in sales and management, provided the insight to generate a new business model. In early 2012, they decided to turn ideas into reality and, amid scribbles (literal) and software research, the first draft of the CRM’s initial screen emerged.
Through a casual conversation, the term “sales funnel”, which had already been present in their training since 2010, appeared as the perfect choice. It was as if they were about to baptize something new, which would become a reference in the world of sales and thus became the ideal choice to represent the innovative approach the partners wanted to give to the company.

Aware of the importance of protecting the brand, the partners quickly took the necessary steps to ensure legal registration with the INPI (National Institute of Industrial Property). In just a few days, the concept turned into a brand, product, and communication strategy.
“The differential of our company goes beyond the conceptual scope, extending to a specific training format enriched with the fact of being the only Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) with Sales Gamification in Brazil, being one of the largest software in the market with over 5,000 registered CNPJs,” highlights Pirinelli.
Entry into the franchise sector
The year 2023 is a milestone for the network, with its entry into the franchising sector and the arrival of Guilherme Sales, partner and responsible for expansion, inspiring with a story of overcoming and success. “By becoming a network, we started offering more news, such as the launch of Automation Technology in CRM Software – which aims to handle repetitive tasks for managers and sellers, making operations 50% more efficient and productive – and the debut of Funnel Sales Portal™ – a great facilitator for the brand to operate in the franchise system.
The financial results reflect the success of these initiatives. With a 31% growth in technological operations and 41.5% in educational operations, the network recorded a revenue of R$2.1 million just last year. For 2024, the company has set an ambitious growth target of 40%, with plans to end the year with 63 functioning franchised units and a revenue exceeding R$30 million.
