With over 23 years of global experience, Vinicius Picollo is the new CSO of US Media

US Media, a media solutions hub, has just announced the hiring of Vinicius Picollo for the position of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). With 23 years of international experience, the new addition comes not only to boost the company’s presence in Latin America but also to lead its expansion into the global market.

The executive has held various leadership positions in both B2C and B2B, working with global companies such as Signify (formerly Philips Lighting) and Superside, as well as agencies like iProspect, BETC/Havas, Fbiz, Dentsu, and ID/TBWA, in addition to consulting for major brands and startups. Vinicius brings extensive expertise in creative strategy, digital marketing (including offline and performance media), digital transformation, department building and refinement, revenue generation with measurable results, among other areas.

Picollo has also lived in different countries throughout his career, which has made him passionate about interculturality and the possibilities of a global vision. For him, this experience will be extremely useful in helping the company establish partnerships in Latin America and prospect clients in various countries.

“A company with the potential of US Media has the opportunity to do business not only in Latin America but worldwide,” says the new CSO. “I believe many countries still don’t see the media opportunities that exist in the region, as well as the similarities we share with other countries in the global ‘South’ in terms of digital consumption habits, amplified by the rapid adoption of mobile media.
