Frota 162 will launch a groundbreaking tool capable of identifying drivers responsible for traffic violations through artificial intelligence

A Frota 162, a technology startup that offers a fines management platform, announces a groundbreaking feature in the market. The system, which promises to revolutionize how managers deal with traffic fines, will allow customers to automatically identify the driver responsible for an infraction, significantly reducing the time and costs associated with driver identification processes. Currently, identification is done manually within the company’s platform.

According to data from the platform itself, fines for unidentified drivers account for 15% of recorded infractions, totaling over 38,000 occurrences. With the implementation of the new feature, the company estimates that its customers could save up to R$10 million per year, considering operational costs and financial penalties associated with unidentified fines.

“Driver identification is one of the biggest headaches for fleet managers, especially for companies with a large number of vehicles. With the new feature, we are simplifying and streamlining this process, allowing companies to save time and resources,” says Marcelo Lemos, CEO of Frota 162.

The feature, which will use license plate recognition technologies and artificial intelligence to automatically identify the driver, analyzes available information such as trip records and driver schedules, and uses machine learning algorithms to determine the most likely person based on criteria such as time, location, and driving history.

In addition to streamlining the identification process, the tool also offers advanced fine management features, allowing clients to monitor the status of each violation, generate detailed reports, and act quickly to contest unwarranted penalties. The Frota 162 platform also integrates with traffic agencies and human resources departments, facilitating communication and information sharing among the involved parties.

“Fine management is an essential phase of fleet operations, and the lack of efficient processes can result in significant costs, negatively impacting companies’ productivity. With our new functionality, we are offering fleet managers a powerful solution to optimize their operations, reduce risks, and ensure compliance with traffic laws, ” emphasizes Lemos.
