The Presbyterian Mackenzie College Rio will hold a virtual lecture on “IFRS 18: Presentation of the new IS Statement”, this Saturday, August 10, starting at 9 am. The objective of the event is to present to accounting professionals and other interested parties the new way of presenting the Income Statement (IS), which becomes mandatory starting in 2027.
“The meeting is aimed at financial report preparers and those who make decisions based on the entity’s performance, such as managers, controllers, auditors, directors, administrators, investors, and other creditors,” says the professor at Mackenzie Rio College and IFRS expert, Anderson Fumaux.
The event, which will last 1 hour, will be broadcasted via Zoom and conducted by the Accounting Expert at the MPRJ, IFRS Specialist, Professor and Coordinator of the IFRS MBA at Mackenzie Rio, Professor Anderson Fumaux.
