Developed by Br24, a Brazilian technology company and representative of the Bitrix24 management system in the country, Powerbot arrives in the market as a revolution in customer service and other interactions.
To illustrate its sophistication, Br24’s CEO, Filipe Bento, emphasizes that Powerbot is capable of analyzing the interlocutor’s profile based on their responses, adjusting the conversation empathetically and personalized way. It’s a new era of communication, where the chatbot adapts to the user, creating a bond that goes beyond simple service.
Interjections and jargon are also learned by Powerbot. For example, if a company from Minas Gerais incorporates the solution into its customer service, Powerbot will use expressions like ‘uai’ or ‘trem’ from the local dialect in its interactions with the public.
Powerbot is patient in that it assimilates and tolerates eventual deviations from the central theme and objective of the conversation. But as soon as possible, it regains focus, making the conversation more efficient and productive, while also ensuring the interlocutor a listening moment.

According to the executive, Powerbot positions itself in the market segment of automation and AI tools without programming. It fully integrates with the Bitrix24 management system. An important detail: the solution aims primarily at small and medium-sized enterprises, from any economic activity, looking to simplify the creation and management of chatbots.
“This segment of small and medium-sized enterprises values solutions that increase efficiency, reduce technical complexity, and promote team autonomy, and that’s what Powerbot brings. It’s less code and more results,” emphasizes Bento.
Powerbot receives simple instructions in programming, and from them, as a generative artificial intelligence, it gains autonomy for executing conversations. For example, it can take over customer service via WhatsApp and social media for the company.
For the development of the solution, tests and experiences were conducted applying customer journeys and interface possibilities until Powerbot was ready to be put on the market.
This new product celebrates the year of expansion that Br24 is going through, being the biggest launch made by the company. After reaching R$ 15 million in annual revenue in 2023, the company projects a growth of at least a quarter for 2024, reaching a revenue of R$ 19 million.
