TroianoBranding Announces New Leadership Structure: Cecília Russo Troiano Assumes CEO

TroianoBranding, a branding company with over 30 years in the market, announced today an important change in its leadership structure. Cecília Russo Troiano, a partner in the company since its foundation, will take on the role of CEO. Jaime Troiano, founder and CEO for three decades, will now preside over the advisory board of the company.

This transition is the result of a thorough process that lasted several months, including an assessment of the company’s strengths and challenges, carried out with the support of the Cambridge consultancy. “Cecília has been leading the company’s day-to-day operations for some time, and it’s only fair that she takes on the role of CEO,” said Jaime Troiano.

Cecília Russo Troiano is recognized as one of the main references in branding in the country, having assisted over 800 thousand brands throughout her career. Her approach focused on the purpose of companies has been essential for TroianoBranding’s success. “We believe that brands with an authentic purpose have the opportunity not only to grow and thrive in the market, but also to have meaning in people’s lives,” stated Cecília.

With a degree in Psychology from PUC-SP and a master’s degree in Gender Studies from Georgia State University, Cecília brings a unique perspective to the field of branding. She is the author of the book series “Life of a Tightrope Walker” and a co-host of the program “Your Brand Will Be a Success” on CBN.

TroianoBranding’s reorganization also includes the arrival of Beatriz Russo Troiano as Head of Strategy and Growth. With over ten years of experience in consulting and the financial market, Beatriz will be crucial for the company’s expansion, which currently has offices in São Paulo and Lisbon.
