New AI adopts regional jargon like ‘tchê’ to get closer to customers

Imagine a generative artificial intelligence that combines insight and patience at levels that rival those of a human being. This is not science fiction, but an innovation that is already part of our present: the Powerbot.

Developed by Br24, a Brazilian technology company and representative of the Bitrix24 management system in the country, Powerbot comes to the market as a revolution in customer service and other interactions.

To illustrate its sophistication, Br24’s CEO, Filipe Bento, highlights that Powerbot is capable of analyzing the interlocutor’s profile based on their responses, adjusting the conversation in an empathic and personalized way. It is a new era of communication, where the chatbot adapts to the user, creating a bond that goes beyond simple service.

Interjections and jargon are also captured by Powerbot. For example, if a company from Minas Gerais incorporates the solution into its customer service, Powerbot will use expressions like “uai” or “trem” from the Minas Gerais dialect in its interactions with the public.

Powerbot is patient in that it assimilates and tolerates eventual deviations from the central theme and objective of the conversation. But as soon as possible, it refocuses, making the conversation more efficient and productive, without failing to ensure the interlocutor a listening moment.

According to Filipe Bento, “Powerbot is an ultra-humanized artificial intelligence, which makes it perfect for managing off-topic discussions, with greater patience and dexterity than a standard human service.”

According to the executive, the Powerbot positions itself in the automation and AI tools market segment without programming. It fully integrates with the Bitrix24 management system. An important detail: the solution mainly aims to benefit small and medium-sized businesses of any economic activity looking to simplify the creation and management of chatbots.

“This segment of small and medium-sized enterprises values solutions that increase efficiency, reduce technical complexity, and promote team autonomy, and that is what Powerbot brings. It is less code and more results,” highlights Bento.

The Powerbot receives simple instructions in programming and, as a generative artificial intelligence, gains autonomy to execute conversations. For example, it can take over customer service for the company through WhatsApp and social media.

Tests and experiences were conducted for the development of the solution, applying customer journeys and interface possibilities, until Powerbot was ready for the market.

This new product marks the expansion year for Br24, being the largest launch made by the company. After reaching an annual revenue of R$15 million in 2023, the company projects a growth of at least a quarter for 2024, reaching a revenue of R$19 million.
