The SOFTSWISS team announces that it is the first among aggregators to fully prepare its product and all necessary documentation in compliance with regulations to obtain the Brazilian certificate, ensuring continuous and efficient operations for its clients. Brazilian certification for the iGaming sector is a rigorous process that requires proof of technical, legal, and security compliance. Companies must demonstrate that their products and services meet information security standards, transparency in financial operations, and social responsibility.
The steps include hiring an independent certifying entity, auditing IT systems, testing RNG (Random Number Generator), and verifying game integrity. Additionally, companies must prove compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and local legislation, including LGPD. After addressing any non-conformities, the company obtains the certificate, allowing it to operate legally in Brazil. Maintaining certification requires periodic audits and adaptations to potential regulatory changes.
SOFTSWISS has also obtained certification for integration with the world’s largest game providers—Pragmatic Play, Evolution, and Playtech.
