Companies that use their own mobile apps have a better chance of generating leads

The digitization of businesses has brought new perspectives and great possibilities for companies investing in innovation. The transformation of corporate processes through mobile technology has reshaped how large corporations manage their operations. In this aspect, mobile applications, with their ability to automate complex tasks and integrate systems quickly and efficiently, have proven essential for companies looking to streamline processes, save time, and increase productivity on a large scale.

According to the 34th edition of the Annual Survey by FGVcia, released in December 2023, Brazil has 464 million digital devices in use, equivalent to 2.2 devices per inhabitant. The study reveals that the country has 1.2 smartphones per capita, totaling 249 million smart phones in use.

In terms of computers, Brazil records 215 million units (desktop, notebook, and tablet), with an expected 10% growth in sales for 2023. The research also highlights that IT spending and investments account for 9% of companies’ revenue, with analytical intelligence and the implementation of modern ERPs being the main investment focuses.

Rafael Franco, CEO of Alphacode, the company responsible for developing applications for brands like Habibs, Madero, and TV Band, explains that this is a revolutionary moment in corporate management with the use of mobile applications. “They simplify internal and external communication, allowing companies to respond more quickly and accurately to market demands,” he adds.

This transformation improves operational performance while also enhancing companies’ ability to adapt to changes in the business environment. This means that the adoption of mobile applications in large corporations has proven to be a strategic differentiator.

“Internal communication gains a new dimension of agility, facilitating real-time collaboration among teams. Tasks are performed with greater accuracy, leading to a significant increase in productivity,” notes the specialist. With an enhanced communication structure, processes flow more swiftly, reducing errors and improving the final outcome.

Benefits of applications in business management

In addition to productivity, another major benefit of using corporate applications is the reduction of operational costs. By automating processes and optimizing workflows, companies can save time and resources, resulting in expense reduction. Considering the current competitive market, this savings is essential to ensure the long-term sustainability of the business.

“One of the main gains provided by mobile technology is instant access to critical information for decision-making. With managerial data literally in the palm of their hand, managers can act more quickly and accurately, without having to be physically in the office,” highlights Rafael. This management flexibility allows decisions to be made in real-time, seizing opportunities and adjusting strategies dynamically.

Another transformative aspect is the creation of new communication channels with customers. These platforms facilitate closer and more personalized interactions, increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ability to offer fast and efficient services through an app adds value to the customer experience, strengthening the brand relationship.

The flexibility provided by apps is also a key factor for the success of companies. Employees can perform their tasks from anywhere, ensuring the continuity of operations even outside the traditional work environment. This agility increases companies’ responsiveness.

“Companies like Uber, iFood, and digital banks Nubank and C6 are clear examples of how mobility can completely transform a sector and open up new business opportunities. These companies, born in the digital age, have built entire empires based on the convenience and efficiency that mobile apps offer,” concludes.
