The company ended 2024 with revenue of R$7.5 million and has so far partnered with over 500 real estate agencies across Brazil and has 1,300 contracts in its portfolio.

With annual investments of R$500,000 in R&D, the company offers customers an intelligent system via WhatsApp that activates 18 bureaus for credit checks, such as SPC, Serasa, Receita Federal, Banco Central, among others, and approves or denies credit in less than 3 minutes. Additionally, personalized service informs the customer about the reason for credit denial and suggests solutions to try to make the process feasible in some way. For real estate agencies, the service is also personalized, with a team of specialists providing customized and humanized support.

“In the country’s economic scenario, with the lack of real estate credit for property purchases and high interest rates, rental services are growing, as are, often, cases of default. In this context, Alufacil emerges as a facilitator to provide more people with the possibility of renting a property with minimal bureaucracy,” says the CEO.
