Aiming for flexibility for market professionals, ESPM, a reference school, an authority in Marketing and Innovation focused on business, launches two recently approved doctoral programs this year by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) of the Ministry of Education. Classes take place bi-weekly on Fridays and Saturdays, allowing better adaptation to students’ routines.
ESPM continuously invests in courses that offer an experience compatible with market demands and professionals’ routines. “These courses represent a strategic differential, expanding professionals’ ability to lead changes and add value to the market in an innovative and grounded way,” says Denilde Holzhacker, academic director at ESPM. “Our model was designed so that professionals can adapt their studies to their daily lives, making academic development feasible and aligned with their reality.”
The Professional Doctorate in Consumer Behavior at ESPM, starting on February 12, 2025, will be held bi-weekly on Fridays and Saturdays at the ESPM Tech campus in São Paulo, lasting six semesters. Registration is open until January 21, 2025. This program offers two research lines. “Person, Society, and Consumption” focused on investigating individuals, groups, and organizations’ consumption practices, understanding how they choose, buy, use and discard products, services, ideas, and experiences. And Consumption, Intelligence, and Strategy which is centered on the study of obtaining and applying information about consumer behavior, addressing how people construct their role as consumers and their relationships with brands, raising insights on decision-making processes and buying and discarding experiences.
In Rio de Janeiro, the Professional Doctorate in Creative Economy, Strategy, and Innovation from ESPM will be offered at the ESPM Glória Villa-Aymoré campus, with classes on Saturdays and lasting for eight semesters, starting on March 15, 2025. Applications close on February 3, 2025. This course also has two research lines: Strategic Management of Creative Sectors, Businesses, and Territories that explores how knowledge, innovation, and entrepreneurship interact to create value and generate competitive advantages in creative enterprises, and Design and Innovation of Processes and Creative Products, which investigates design both as an independent creative industry driving the economy and in its relation to other creative and cultural sectors. It involves the development of projects, methodologies, empirical research, and reflections in the field of design and innovation, focusing on creative processes and products.
