New solution integrates convenience services with smart lockers in condominiums

The Click & Collect, Brazil’s largest network of smart lockers, announces the launch of Click One, a convenience service available in all condominiums equipped with lockers from the brand. Positioned as a subscription club that connects users to various services directly in their building, such as laundries, locksmiths, and tailors, the app also optimizes e-commerce returns and reverse logistics operations, offering practicality, security, and time savings.

Such convenience represents a significant differentiator for consumers and businesses. According to a report by the National Retail Federation (NRF) and Appriss Retail released in late 2023, product returns totaled $743 billion that year, equivalent to 14.5% of all retail sales in 2023. Additionally, a Narvar survey revealed that 39% of consumers return an online-purchased item at least once a month, with 60% also open to exchanges or store credits instead of full refunds if the process is quick and convenient. 

In this context, Click One emerges as a milestone in the evolution of condominium services by integrating technology, sustainability, and convenience into a single platform, creating a seamless and efficient experience. The technology not only simplifies residents’ lives but also strengthens condominiums’ positioning as modern spaces aligned with contemporary consumer demands. The app offers different subscription plans with exclusive discounts and benefits, ensuring users can choose the option that best fits their needs.

According to company data, Click One effectively contributes to a reduction of up to 30% in time spent on daily tasks, such as sending clothes to the laundry or returning e-commerce products. Additionally, condominium residents can save money with discounts from over 24,000 brands available exclusively on the app.

Regarding sustainability and ESG principles, Click & Collect’s initiative enhances proper disposal of electronic waste and other materials through reverse logistics integrated into the app, reinforcing the company’s commitment to a greener, more sustainable future. By associating services with the condominium, it also reduces carbon emissions by eliminating the need to travel for external services.

Finally, Click One stands out for its ease of use. With an intuitive and user-friendly interface, the app allows users to manage all services with a few clicks, receiving real-time notifications about their request statuses.
