On March 19, the renowned British legal market research and ranking company, Chambers and Partners, will host the Chambers São Paulo Forum 2025 at Hotel Unique in São Paulo—a roundtable discussion on key topics concerning the lives and practices of lawyers, law firms in the country, and court activities in Brazil.
The challenges posed by regulatory changes, technological innovation, market dynamics, and other factors that need to be managed and resolved by lawyers, companies, and the judicial system create a legal ecosystem of complex interconnections.
The panel titled “Crisis Management: Regulation, Technology, and Market Shifts” will focus on the impact of changes such as regulatory management, the influence of new legal technologies, compliance with other Environmental, Labor, and Governance laws (Judicial Overload), globalization, new business models, ethical considerations, and human rights in cyberspace, among other shifts involved in efficient crisis management. The session, scheduled for 1:30 PM, will be moderated by Raphael Vicente, General Director of the Business Initiative for Racial Equality. Speakers include Luiza Carrera de Magalhães, Head of Legal Counsel for Brazil at Kimberly-Clark; Ramon Alberto dos Santos, Associate General Counsel | Legal Privacy (Latin America and Canada) at Meta; and Cinthia Martins da Costa, Executive Legal Superintendent – Regulatory and Government Relations at Cielo.
