Infleet, a Brazilian technology solutions company for fleet management, closed its 2024 financial statements, which showed a 120% growth in the past year. For 2025, the goal is to intensify this expansion by investing in safety. The company has been allocating resources to artificial intelligence in its solution that reduces traffic accidents: the in-vehicle camera that detects and analyzes driver behavior.

Having reached the milestone of R$18 million in funding rounds, the startup plans to expand its client portfolio—currently 700 across the country. Infleet’s fleet management solutions impact up to a 40% reduction in maintenance costs, promote 25% savings in fuel consumption, and increase driver productivity by 20%.

The startup’s co-founders, Victor Cavalcanti and Vitor Reis (CEO and COO of the company, respectively), are all smiles from ear to ear as they review 2024 and project 2025. ‘It was a period of decisive achievements. In addition to securing investments, we were awarded the Black Founders Fund and featured in 100 Startups to Watch and GPTW,’ says Cavalcanti.

The Black Founders Fund is a program by Google for Startups, which invests in startups founded and led by Black entrepreneurs—like Vitor Reis. Meanwhile, 100 Startups to Watch is a survey by Pequenas Empresas & Grandes Negócios (PEGN) magazine, in partnership with EloGroup, Innovc, Valor Econômico, and Época Negócios, highlighting innovative companies. Being on this list means gaining visibility among investors, entrepreneurs, and professionals. On the other hand, GPTW (Great Place To Work) is a ranking by the homonymous organization that identifies the best companies to work for.

‘Infleet has already raised R$18 million in venture capital. Now, in 2025, we seek even faster growth,’ say Cavalcanti and Reis.

Currently, Infleet’s solutions include telemetry, in-vehicle cameras, real-time fleet monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance planning, digital checklists, and data analysis, with a detailed view of vehicle performance, enabling the identification of patterns and trends such as fuel consumption, maintenance, and uptime.

Another tool manages driver violations systematically, facilitating the recording, tracking, and resolution of fines, which helps prevent the accumulation of unpaid violations and potential legal issues for the company.

The in-vehicle camera, for example, features artificial intelligence capabilities. It consists of cameras installed in vehicles that analyze driver behavior and conduct. The devices can identify signs of fatigue, distracted or careless gestures, cell phone usage, and other details that contribute to accidents and incidents.
