The Future Ninja will have ten positions available for individuals who are creative, passionate about the industry, and eager to learn. The KaBuM! internship program will have a gamified format. The goal is to not only develop young professionals but also to help them recognize themselves within the company and society in a fun way. The learning journey of the new ninjas will include lectures, training, projects, and continuous monitoring. The positions are available to work in various areas of the company, such as Technology, Sales, Finance, Marketing, among others. To participate, it is necessary to be available to intern six hours a day (during business hours), take courses in exact or human sciences, and complete graduation starting from December 2026 (the program has a maximum duration of two years).
