Galoppo, a real estate investment fund manager, announced the acquisition of one of the warehouses in the Braspark Logistical Condominium, located in the city of Garuva, Santa Catarina, on SC-417 highway. The property is situated near the border with Paraná and close to SC-416, an area with important access to the cities of Joinville, Itapoá, and Guaratuba. The acquired area is 22,700 m² and is leased to Ascensus Group from Joinville, which specializes in logistical solutions.
The total land area comprises 61,700 m² in total. The remaining space belongs to Braspark, which offers storage solutions and logistical services.
The construction of the area acquired by Galoppo was completed in 2021. The remaining land was finished in 2023.
Galoppo expects to complete R$400 million in acquisitions in the coming months. By 2025, the goal is to reach a total of R$2 billion in assets under management.
