The Terra & Vivo Ads, a digital advertising arm of the publisher and Vivo, announces the launch of the Vivo Free app, a gamification and engagement application that encourages user interaction with brands, advertisements, content through incentivized actions, and now constitutes an important part of the company’s commercial offerings. The platform is now available for all Android devices.
In Vivo Free, users complete missions and challenges to redeem benefits. As they finish an action, elements on the platform encourage the completion of another, increasing the reward and creating a sense of progress and achievement. Among the activities required to achieve rewards are daily check-ins on the app, access to a specific advertiser’s campaign journey, participation in surveys, among others.
In this context, the application allows for longer dialogues between brands and their audiences. In addition to specific advertising campaigns, it is possible to impact them through promotion sign-ups for lead generation, video ads, visits to physical locations based on micro-geolocation, push notifications, games, testing of new apps, and various other possibilities.

One of the action opportunities proposed by Vivo Free is through the use of micro geolocation, which allows the creation of hyper-personalized campaigns in real-time. Sensors installed at points of sale (POS) interact with users when they approach partner establishments, allowing the sending of instant notifications and the possibility of extending this audience, impacting the public with other formats and thus composing a multi-media delivery for the client.
