In response to the growth of Brazilian e-commerce, projected to advance 10% in 2025 and reach a revenue of R$ 224.7 billion, according to the Brazilian E-Commerce Association (ABComm), Loja Integrada, a reference in automation and data intelligence for the sector, reinforces its positioning as a challenger in the future of intelligent e-commerce. The company invested R$ 5 million, between 2023 and 2024, to structure its data lake and boost its data intelligence strategy.
In 2024, the investments by Loja Integrada in technological development increased by 244% compared to the previous year, marking a new phase of evolution for the company. “We brought in specialized engineers to enhance the embedded technology on the platform and develop new features that help retailers increase their sales and retain customers,” says Victor Popper, CEO of the company.
According to Popper, investments in infrastructure for data storage, processing, and availability aim to ensure that robust solutions are also within reach of SMB retailers (small and medium-sized businesses) and meet the diverse demands of the market. “Our embedded intelligence enables autonomous actions that drive the growth of retailers, freeing up time for them to focus on other areas of the business,” highlights the CEO.
Among the results, the recovery of R$ 30 million in sales through the abandoned cart tool last year stands out, using automation to attract and retain consumers.
Advances in embedded technology
The CEO explains that Loja Integrada has been investing in tools that allow for customization and advanced automation for retailers, both in the front-end of the stores and in product catalog management.
In addition to solutions focused on traffic optimization and retention – such as recovering abandoned carts and products, based on customer behavior triggers – Loja Integrada is developing new technologies in two strategic areas for future releases:
- New store page renderer: offers advanced customization and enhances the customer experience, surpassing traditional solutions;
- Channel Hub: facilitates integration with marketplaces, automating the adjustment of the product catalog to the rules of each platform.
The company also plans to expand the use of artificial intelligence (AI), integrating communication channels like WhatsApp, aiming to simplify store management and enhance customer relationships.
Focus on sustainable growth
By 2025, the focus of Loja Integrada is to sustainably maintain growth, focusing on a robust portfolio. “We aim to add value to retailers. In addition to native functionalities such as themes, payments, and logistics, we are diversifying our revenue sources, offering complete solutions that generate significant results and increase the customer lifecycle on the platform,” he adds.
With more than 2.7 million stores created in Brazil, Loja Integrada seeks to increase the revenue of existing operations by introducing new features. “Investing in data lakes enables us to offer more precise analyses and solutions that combine cutting-edge technology with practicality. We are building a technological environment that ensures greater autonomy for the retailer to grow,” concludes Victor Popper.
